QR code & social links

Every link now includes a Share action in your dashboard. It helps you quickly copy a platform-specific link for social posts and download a QR code you can use online or in print.

Where to find the Share module

In the Links list, each link has a Share button. Click it to open the share module for that specific link.

The share module is available for both embed links and redirect links.

In the share module, you can copy a ready-to-share version of your link for:

  • TikTok
  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • X
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp

Each platform button copies your link with tracking parameters automatically added:

  • utm_source is set to the selected platform (for example, instagram).
  • utm_medium is set to social.

This makes your campaign reporting cleaner in analytics tools, because social traffic is labeled consistently without extra manual work.

Branded QR codes

The same share module includes a QR code preview and a Download PNG button.

  • The downloaded file is high resolution and suitable for print and digital use.
  • The QR points to the exact link URL for that item.

Include logo option

If your workspace has a branding logo, you can turn Include logo on or off before download.

  • On: your workspace logo is placed in the center of the QR code.
  • Off: the QR code is generated without the logo.

If your workspace does not have a branding logo configured, the logo toggle is disabled.

Best practices

  • Use the platform buttons when posting on social so your traffic source is captured automatically.
  • Test the copied link once before publishing large campaigns.
  • Scan your QR after download to confirm it opens the correct link.
  • For printed materials, keep enough white space around the QR for reliable scanning.
